 1st round of eliminations sheet in the Sam Stockwell Super Stock/Stock Combo Race  Lined up in the Milan Dragway staging lanes for first round...  Mike Delahanty was late at the light and lost in the first round  Russ Abrams goes wheels up and into the third round  Side by Side Camaro Action in the second round of Sam Stockwell Combo  Jimmy Ronzello next to his GT/AA Cobra Jet moves onto round 3.  Mike Warren (driver) and Gordon Casey (owner) race this 1968 Chevelle Nomad Wagon in W/SA. Its powered by an inline 6 and two barrel carb.  D. Lowery's Corvette beat Steve Novosel in the second round.  Gene McBean's SS/GA Mustang shows that the traction was good at Milan Dragway Last edited by rocknrolla; 09-07-2014 at 05:17 PM. |

Sam Stockwell Memorial race winner Bob Lowry in his SS/BS Corvette.
 Milan veteran Russ Abrams took the R/U spot in his SS/JA 73 Super Duty Firebird  One of the busiest racers was Darrell Ciaravino in his blue SS/HA 68 Camaro. Darrell lost on the Semis to winner Lowry and went 4 rounds in No-Box too. Here Darrell runs Doug Boxs' A/SA Camaro in the Quarter Finals.

A/SA was popular class with 6 cars - evenly sit between Max- Wedge Plymouths and big block 69 Camaros. John Dinkel and Jim Nichols went at it in round 2.
