A few random notes from this morning's first Stock Qualifying session
Weather is warm and humid but not too bad for 8:30 a.m. Early leaders Joe Schaechter (-1.33) David Barton (-1.32) (Brent Calvert is shown as No. 1 but pretty sure they have him in the wrong class for now). Still trying to get a head count on Factory Stock cars but it looks to be plenty. Also have most of the COPO cars parked in a common area. Nice viewing for the fans. More later... |

184 cars made the first run. Our day has not started well. We broke our transmission. Lots of cars way under. Lots did not make it down the track very well. More later.
