Like many others here, I don't buy your soccer comparisons to nhra and feel you are incorrect about "Mr. Barton." You make many strong statements and yet you were not at Englishtown and you were not even eligible to race at the event.

Finally, I do not take your long winded posts seriously and do not consider it to be a problem. But, I do think it is important to point out that you have pushed yourself into a discussion that has no impact on you or your racing. This debate is about the poor racing conditions at Englishtown and a racer who pushed back against those conditions. We need to support his struggle.

I'm going to get some popcorn before your next installment arrives.
I like popcorn too !!

Lets see, 720 miles from my driveway to Tulsa and I really enjoy the cool weather they have up there....sure why not.

And don't worry about NHRA, I'll write you a note for the Early Race Release Program.

Glad you're doing better.

Hey Don:
Ran a M/SA 1969 Impala in Division 1 from 1975-1978.
This was formerly Bob LaSala's car.
Before that ran a M/S 64 Impala SS and E/SA 1968 GTO 1971-1975

Moved to Georgia and Florida 1978 Ran D2
Woodro built a good engine for the car. 1982
2 - kids 1983 and 1985
Won Stock at Commerce 1980, Point Meet at Moroso later 1983.
Ron Jeffries ran the car the rest of 1983 and 1984 in D2.
Divorced unemployed 7/23/1990

Moved back to Maryland and parked car.
It rusted up badly and started restoration in 2004.
Still in pieces in Pennsylvania but getting there.
Budd Rowe built a new 350/255 engine.

Started DanSources 1993, Remarried new child 1996
In meantime was raced my 1995 Impala SS in Impala Club Races and Brackets.
Constantly updated and restored to current near new condition.
Has almost 200k miles on chassis and original engine.
Jeff Warren built the Pure Stock engine.

For now can only race S/SS and IHRA series.
Ran first xHRA race since 1991 running IHRA Patriots Division at Richmond 2011.

Ran 8 IHRA races a 5 tracks in 2012.
Drove the car to all of them.
Cannot store a car trailer in neighborhood.

Super rain out a Coastal Plains - lost 1st round anyway.
MIR just flooded out so limited to 8th place in points, 2012.

Right now trying to promote Pure Stock interest.
Helping out Mike Beard with big S/SS race in Columbus 2014
