10.25 is not very quick for 132 mph. Should be 9.90 to 10.00

That mph could have been tripping the beams with the nose, it's definitely possible in those cars.

Yeah, but it can be just as big or worse of a problem for them.

For class running wide open i dont think the nose tripped the beams maybe just heavy and soft in the 1st half

Maybe ed it was the final rd of class edmond redlighted and chris was wide open the race was over before it started no need to dip the nose 10.25 @ 132

Mickey same rules apply if the car is low enough to trip the beams while in the throttle and if its very close a little bump in the track could easily make it trip. Also if you want to make people talk like on here all you have to do is dip the nose and you can cause mass hysteria on class racer bc people really believe a firebird/camaro C car went 132mph at that et without tripping nose or spraying nos. Also, while this "shot heard around the world" took place a 396 outran a pretty good LS1 in Dallas. So, for all of you that think its so easy to make an LS1 go -1.20, I invite you to try because I only know a couple that USED to be able to go that fast!

They must have been tangled up and hanging low to trip those beams
