I believe he was the man responsible for Dyno Don's 427 SOHC power in the Maverick he drove in the very early years of Pro Stock. An innovator for sure. condolences to his friends and family. God Speed

Actually he was with Dyno since around late 1963.

I was fortunate to meet, and speak briefly with Earl at Carlisle back in June. Caught him signing some lucky guys S.O.H.C. motor.......
