put a clamp on all the brake flex hoses at each wheel, they make clamps for this if you dont have them you can use vise grips. If the brake pedal is rock hard the master is good, at this point you will need some one to take the clamps off one at a time while you keep your foot on the brake pedal. you should fell the pedal drop a little after each clamp is removed, if the pedal drops alot that is the problem wheel. Caliper? piston? sliders? pads not moving free in bracket? air in system. This should help
