When you live with dirt for your floor and camel dung for heat you have to do something for entertainment. Sorry but thats my view of ALL these countries.... Act out to excess to cover major defects in your country and its contents and goals....

Just about every country has it's traditional military ceremonies.Some people mock our guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns and the Kremlin guard.To each it's own.
