Sounds like it is the first step of BIG BROTHER forcing you to get EZ Pass.That would never go over in the the Northeast as the lawyers would lined up to protect the people who chose ( for whatever their reason ) not to apply for EZ Pass. Question--- Was this road built with public ( federal or state ) funds ?

The Pennsylvania Turnpike has exits that are EZPass only.
