I predict that Mother Nature will win Sunday's race here in Daytona.

I'm a few miles ENE of the track and it's been sprinkling for about 15 minutes.
There is actually not too much behind this batch coming through central FL according the the Weather Channel radar. If no more forms or at least stays light for a short time, they might get it it. Very wet......Bummer.....Was really looking forward to the start of the race.
Very traditional for me to watch this race as the start of racing season in general.....even though it is usually not for a good month or so around here. I have been there and for those who have not.....Watching a car come off turn 4 and whiz by you is unreal.....You can hear and feel the wind as the car cuts through it...... OK if I have to make a pick.....It's Jr.....He needs a win bad..... Danica might surpass him as the most popular driver !!! I have to say she is cool and doing a super job and is good for Nascar....
