Jack,
Currently a regular combo, as we ran last year, is on the table. We will be talking with Clay Jones at Bowling Green, who has been just incredible to work with, about our options for 2012. Remember that the Open actually starts on Saturday, and some people can't make it until late Friday. But the idea has possibilities.

Joe, the race would be Friday night, before the NHRA event, I'm not sure how much it would concern Jay, certainly no more than "test and tune", although maybe Travis would need to do tech.
When we ran Top Stock there, Jay had little, if anything, to do with it.

Sounds like a great idea.
I wonder how much sponsorship $$$ it would take to pull something like this off ? (if the track goes along with it ?)

How about just sticking with the combo race like they did last year. It was a great race and had 98 cars!!! Why change it. More people will show up next year in my opinion since the race went well. Thanks to NitroPlate and Dallas and Clay Jones on supporting this race.
