Default Lebanon Valley Hotel Suggestions?

Just wondering if anyone has a hidden gem or suggestions for hotels near Lebanon Valley. I'm on the backup list to work, but if I don't work I might come down to hang out anyway, and the 1.5 hr drive back to the farm might not work if I end up being there late.

Figures I decided to leave my RV in Georgia for the summer cuz I was too cheap to buy the gas.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

-Karen

I have used hotels in east greenbush north of the track(comfort inn and fairfield inn).
If you are talking about fourth of July race be prepared to pay a premium.

Yes the division race.

I am back-up to work, but will go no matter what to catch up with Bob Lang on some other Div. event stuff.

I guess if hotels are crazy expensive I will just pass on the adult beverages and drive myself home to Vermont!

Try the Econo Lodge Inn and Suites Downtown. 518 472 1360
It's about 20 minutes from the track right outside of Albany.
Usually $80-$90 a night at that time of year and they usually have rooms available.
Check the Lebanon Valley web site, they have several listed on there also. I hear there's a newer place in East Greenbush thats supposed to be nice, not sure what the chain is.

These are the 3 that I've stayed at.

Holiday Inn Express Renselear NY (518) 286-1011
Comfort Inn & Suites Castleton NY (518) 479-3217
Fairfield Inn East Greenbush NY (518) 477-7984

Good Luck!

Two years ago, I stayed at that Holiday Inn Express. It was nice except that on Saturday, the bar next door decided that it would be nice to have a live band playing until after midnight.

Last year, I discovered the Residence Inn just up the road.

Residence Inn Albany East Greenbush/Tech Valley
3 Tech Valley Drive ยท East Greenbush, New York 12061

I have reservations for the Residence Inn this year. The room price I got was the same as the HI Express and the Fairfield Inn. But, the Residence Inn is like a studio apartment with a microwave, range and full size refrigerator. You also get free breakfast.
