"NHRA's 2011 Automatic Horsepower Factoring System outlines that any run of 1.20-second or more under the index will receive an immediate index decrease or horsepower increase. These changes are effective May 3, 2011."
Where are they going with their usual NHRA vague writing? Is this something new or are they just reinforcing that ANY run of 1.20 or more meaning factored as well as non factored tracks?

You're talking NHRA but this is an IHRA crate motor combo only. 350/300/305. Took 5 off in Feb. but now it earned it back.
