Nitro Joe, you know that we do not have a shuttle bus for inexperienced walkers. If anyone needs a ride we just get in the wagon.
Duane, would love to go there, but is doubtful. We try to stay close to home with the economy. BTW Michael, the Baer twins want to know where you will be racing next. Ron Ortiz U/SA are you all getting this

Jeff Lane, thank you for the info, I'll look him up. I did not know that Mark Faul was a beer drinker. Well c'mon over Mark and Brad you guys will fit right in. Does Brad drink beer or are we going to have to serve him Shirley Temples. Between myself, Sean, The New Yorker and The Faul Guy we should go through a 12 pack in no time.
BTW, congrats to The New Yorker and his RU finish and to Bubba Linke. Hey Bubba I got some jerky for you. Michael, the Baer twins like to stay closer to home for hibernation purposes. Will be leaving Wednesday morning for the Swamp, see ya all there. Ron Ortiz U/SA 100 botles of beer on the wall,

Danny, if I leave Wednesday morning I'll be there roughly in the early afternoon as it is 220 miles. We will have all of Wednesday night, which we have not made any dinner plans for yet, but we will party nonetheless.
Thursday it is supposed to be raining so we will be riding around on the Southern Snacks golf cart giving out samples of jerky and pepperoni sticks. Then it's on to partying for Thursday nigh dinner, I hear it is supposed to be steak with special sauce. Then we have Friday night for partying, that is ribs night, with mangrove and cherry wood chips for smoked flavor along with special rubs on the ribs. Saturday and Sunday it is supposed to be clear. Partying to be continued. Saturday night partying is up to Ashley, our daughter, Seans wife, as it is her birthday. I think we should have a big bash without her knowledge, but we will play it by nose. But do not take any of this partying as me not being serious about racing, I mean when it comes time to race I have to have my attention span greatly increased. When the car fires up to the burnout box, it's all real fun now. All things must be second nature with minor adjustments for differences in circumstances. When the light come down my concentration period must be able to be totally focused for at a minimum of 15 seconds, not like some others who only have to pay attention for 10-13 seconds. In time relation formulas, that is a tremendous span. What it all boils down to is being able to have fun and race. We can do that. As for the entire adventure this is my final comparasion of the sanctioning bodies for the Ortiz Unleeched Series. I am looking foward to all of this. Has anyone informed Larry Peterson or Brad Burton or Mark Faul about any of these postings. If not get the news to them because we are coming for them. Ron Ortiz U/SA 99 bottles of beer on the wall,

Ron invited me to dinner at the Imperial Palace one time and I never made it back to my motel room that night. When I woke up on the couch the next morning and my favorite "Steve Bagwell" T-shirt was gone! Asked him what was in those great chicken wings, he said it was a special "cajun sauce". If you go partying at the Imperial Palace watch out for the "special sauce"! You might just lose your shirt! Jim
I always thought the name Ortiz was Irish not Cajun! .
