Joe, if im not mistaken anti-vira is a virus program i used to use it in the past. maybe u have it installed at some point in time. i also had the same problem as most of u, but i use microsoft security essentials and it took it away instantly. u may want to try it, if u do install it disable or uninstall ur othe virus program first. u can download windows clean up installer from microsoft. u can get rid of any programs u dont want or need from that window. or u can do as Toby mentioned restart in safe mode tap f8 key on restart and safe mode with networking. take it one step further in there run system restore, just back it up to yesterday and let it do its thing. hope this helped.
