Bring them on. The more the merrier. This is the future of drag racing. I love the old cars but the manufacturers are not spending money on something they don't make a current buck on. I saw a Lingenfelter Cadillac on Woodward last week and it is a bad sounding dude. All of the manufacturers will have a blown something before this is over. Ford did lead the way for once. The CJ drag cars are still the best bang for the buck especially if you want to race now and not build a kit.

FORD: "hey mopar, put up or shut up"
MOPAR: "we hava a newa fiat to beata you, antonio, the 1.6 hemi ifa you please" MOPAR FAITHFULL: "we said 6.1!!! not 1.6!!!" Seriously, if mopar builds it, then bring it on. Until they do though, I don't think "ooh, you better watch out" is going to "scare" ford. |
