When you have Bristol this late in the year, the air is terrible for the racers and the fans. Does the altitude and hot muggy bad air mean the DP's have another tenth or 2 left in them.....lol. The blown Mustangs can make their own atmosphere for the most part.

At least 2 tenths. The 5.7 hemi only makes 40 hp less than a 6.1hemi on the dyno sheets I have saw.

I went a 9.74 last year in the fall with Irvin John's 6.1 hemi. So I'd say a 5.7 in the fall should be able to run a real low 10.0x or high 9.9x.

Preatty fast E/sa cars...............
