Hard Cards are the best thing since sliced bread. We've ( Pro's) have had them for around 5 years now. ...No hassels by anybody. Easy enter and no problems with rent a cops in restricted areas. No standing in line for sign in forms and stamps. Flash your card and go. Where do I sign up? .....Oh, I've already got one! JB.

I'm with Jim.....
a hard card is SOOO much easier than printing off credentials and using your degree in oragami to get it folded up to put in your clear pouch and then pin to you pants neater, cleaner and a whole lot easier, good for admission from day 1 @ the winters to the final day of the world finals. Unk

But $100. I can see it for a pro team for the convienence as Jim said; hard sell to the non-traveling pro sportsman racers.
Bob - the lady at the NHRA trailer did the fancy origami for me this weekend when she put the sticker on. I'll stick with that route.

I don't know why anyone is worried about this - appears only a very select few have even the opportunity to apply to get one.
They would be nice, however . . . too bad us sportsmen who help fund this mess can't be bothered with anything that would make our experience easier and more convenient - except for just a special few of us. |
