Is that before or after the split? I ran 5.5 to my holley 1050 doms on my old bracket car anf worked fine. Anything over 6 gave me trouble.

Alcohol will almost always pick a car up.2 to.3 methanol burns slower as well as making more torque . You burn 11/2 to 2 times more fuel by compressing and burning a more dense mixture this gives the sensation of having more compression. methanol produces a smoother and more forgiving torque curve and will equal or make more HP than gasoline (That is if the fuel delivery system, carb and ignition are correct)
THANKS

Exactly... Just swapping a Alky carb for a gas one Im supprised it didnt fall off more...We have seen gains of up to .6 going from gas to Alky with ALOT of fine tuning and adjusting...

Just currious if its set up for Alky, why switch back to gas??? Most everyone else is going the other way..

I have two regulators. one for the primaries of both carbs, and one for the secondaries.
