Would people think any more of him then because a jury of his "peers" found him not guilty? Anyway, I'm not defending Regis, nor am I condoning his conduct in the past because it was clearly wrong. But, that doesn't mean that going forward that he can't right himself and see the error in his ways. Of course, any time I hear of a criminal in prison that's supposedly turned over a new leaf, I'm very skeptical because usually there's something in it for them (early parole).
