With a stock factory available stroke and OEM part numbered cylinders heads your car can race in IHRA alphabet super stock. Even with the glass hood.
It is a cubic inch to weight catagory where pretty much anything goes with the motor.

Contact Mike Baker at IHRA for specifics.

Looks like a natural SS/PCA-1, can go to SS/PDA-1 @ min weight 3102 w/driver on a 6.60 index. Did I do that right? Doesn't look *too* awful bad. Make it a 2bbl combo if you want to hide (6.85 index)

71 and 72 Duster Twisters had Dual Scoops Identical to Demons....However they came with no larger than 318 2 BL. Also they had no hole in hood or rubber gasket that Demon had. Last :few years I have seem scoops on 340 dusters in division 4 with huge openings without Tech saying anything .......sowho knows what you might sneak thru with? Specs on 340 4.04 Bore/ 3.31 Str. John Irving DEF/Stock 71 Demon 275/314 HP.
