Is he the taller guy that runs the starting line? If so, he was trying to get me to "turn the wick up" on my leave but I ended up have a bobble in first gear think it was the fuel bowl tks stacy |

Dave is a big ol' Hillbilly about 6'/1 and pushing 60 pretty hard. He dressed out about a deuce and quarter when he left Nevada.... all that good Indy BBQ might be closer to deuce and half by now! I thihk him and his boys ran Muncie before back in the 1990s foe much of rhe decade.

yeah that's him. I'm looking forward to working with those guys next year.
I did spin one time just to flex my muscles a little. I turned the shocks down two turns tight then left at 3800 and spun but...in all fairness Ive never left that tight before. The guy that runs the lanes (forgot his name) rushed over and apologized and vowed it wouild never happen again. I really wasnt their fault I ran right after a bunch of street cars. Then we all decided that I should run after the s/c cars. The point is they really worked with me. I guess Dave Himes has a track in tennesee some where anyone know where it is? stacy gtaa |
