Jeff,

Just ordered two xtra large pizzas and settled into the easy chair.

Sent a letter to Fiat asking them to produce paper work for a 8-71 blower on a Max wedge, the HP will be 427, 2 over regular Max!

Jim They have to grant my request first. I want a Challenger with a 2.4 turbo automatic(100 hp would be nice) and make it RWD.

In all fairness. I doubt that it would have been any harder for Ford to make a piston that met the specs. The cars were going to be legal like it or not. Would the "illegal" pistons make the car go that much quicker?
So what's the point?

Bruce -- Good to see that you're back in action .It's taken you some time but I see that your soapbox is back together and your voice is being heard .That said its a waste of time -- your estimates may not be too far off ( and I hate admitting it ) but stirring the pot here is useless .My advise ( yeah , I know, you didn't ask for it ) -- time is going to have to take car of this -- and it will . Have some faith in the system ........the horse ( no pun intended ) is already out of the barn .

I,m with Bruce and Bob on this, but I agree with Jack that time will tell and they will dig their own hole. 139 on MPH and 111 in the eighth you will eventually get in trouble. They are not done at .40,s.My freind just ordered one for Comp Eliminator.
