Al those temp extremes you spoke of are great for racing (or during the winter time?), but once the racing is over, I want 80's +!!! The sunshine state may have the humidity, but tack on 45 degrees to your 70 degree limit, and you get a normal June to August here in the "Valley of The Sun"!!! Today we're a nice cool 105 degrees (albeit with only 10% humidity). Now how would you like that Al...?

There is a Mopar site "For A bodies Only" that has some other pics and info on this car.

I think in another thread you said that you had only been out once this year . There is a Stock Super Stock combo at Thunder Valley in the middle of Sept . and I think the week after that there is a National open at Pierre you should come up you could hit 2 races and see Matt's car for yourself .

I'd like that idea if I was able to get the transfer I was pursuing a month ago that would've had me back in Denver by now, but since I'm still here in Phx., my cost of living is going to have to improve quite a bit before I start traveling 900 miles plus from here to places like that, but I'm interested, and seeing his car in action (when not racing my own), would definitely be cool!!!

Thanks Al

Gotta love a guy that strays from the beaten path! Love these "oddball" combos that guys are brave (smart) enough to run! This type mentality keeps stock and superstock from becoming a monkey see monkey do, cookie cutter eliminator. Way to go, keep the class racing interesting. Don Jackson
