Maybe I'm just lazy and don't want to take the time to read the IHRA rulebook. So can someone tell me if there are provisions in the rulebook for giving the winner of two national events, two places on the ladder at Rockingham this fall for the Stock Championship runoff? Or does this just reduce the size of the field? I think Jim Marshall deserve's two spots on the ladder myself. My God! This guy qualifies #1 and runs the table at two national events in a row. This sounds like a good candidate for a national title to me. Someone help me out here.

Mike, since Alex is in the running, we have read up on it. One spot per driver, regardless of how many wins. The field will just be short one driver due to Jim's repeat. If he wins divisional championship or places two or three, it will be short another driver as well. If he wins the Divisional championship, he is granted an automatic first round bye into the second round. All divisional champions get first round bye.
