The "easiest" is by far Rte 80 (my opinion). I'm sure there's tons of traffic, depending on the time of day, but rte 80 to 53 south is pretty simple. I came in a back way last week, had me confused on which end was up, but thankful my GPS and co pilot knew what they were doing. I turned so many times on roads I really was unsure of. Went home 80 to 65 towards Indy (live south of Columbus, OH). It went pretty smooth. Good luck and see ya there

We take 30 to route 49 N to I 94 ( don't take toll road, it's a few miles shorter, but the Spanish conquistadors that run it have left it a mess. We know ,we tried it on the way home Sunday) Follow I 94 to where it blends with I 80 and stay on I 80 till you get to Briggs Rd exit near Joliet, South on Briggs to Laraway Rd, right on Laraway to track. If you get off at Rt 53 prepare to hit some major bumps!!!!! especially at the underpass. Good luck, we'll see you at the track. Ken Bowers

Next time try to come from the south on I55 get off on arsenal road to 53 then left to the track. Way better road and less traffic. This trip no construction. I went to the track on I 80, I hit two huge potholes and after we got home and unhooked the trailer the upper right balljoint came apart causing me a towing bill for the 30 feet back into the driveway. I am done with I 80.
