Jim, it got drunk outside and it rained.
Mr. Hill was the quickest with a 8.99, I had a 9.05. The Blingmaster could not make it there, 'I was so disappointed', so The Pup took over for him. He had some problems with the car and I was able to take the stripe ahead of him. I'll be lurking for him in November. Louie Groth was the 3rd fastest U/SA. Hill's car can definately go faster than it showed. Had a good time despite the rain putting a damper on things. I believe that this thread has spun out. It is time for someone to start a new one about the upcoming super duper whoopie doo unbelievable fantastic humongous U/SA Shootout in November where contestants from all over the globe, and other parts, assemble for the true spirit of competition in the lower end of the speed spectrum.
