You don't add 170 lbs for the driver for the modified classes. Actually, it's just the opposite if you run an automatic transmission you can deduct 5 % from the total. In your example it would be 300 x 9.5 = 2850 x .95 = 2708 which I think would round up to 2710. Hope this helps.
