Fred Henson vs. Sorenson

Rule would be nice but supervision better. I ran class once at the US nationals and my competetor ran without water in his radiator to save HP of fan/Pump. He just acted suprised as he walked to the faucet with the water jug he just happened to have in the car on the run. Result he won class with his fastest run of class.

1st pass was - 1.395 under sea level

WHY???????????????????????????????????????????????

Go Figure out why anyone woulld do that.. Rule book states - 1.40 under pull piston and head

I am TOTALLY CONFUSED
