Help 2013-2014 Mustang Cobra Jet

Any one with a 2013-2014 Cobra Jet. I need to know if you have power going to fuse 46 which is the window switch in the kick panel fuse box. Can't get the power windows working and I've tracked it back to no power to the that fuse. A lot of dummy fuses not being used from the street car, curious if there should be power there. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
