Hey there. Long time no see, but I'd like to offer some advice for those looking for help. Though I'm new here, I'm not new to shipping. Have you considered open transport car shipping? It's usually cheaper than enclosed transport, and your car will still be protected from the elements. Personally, I recommend reaching out to Shippa.
