Default How car weight works

Ok I’ve read the specks on the NHRA site to get my HP and base car weight. But I’m still to dense to get it in my head right. 70 Duster 340 me 250 lbs. D is 10.0 factor E is 10.50 and F is 11.0. Does that mean to run F at 11.0 times 299 for HP then add 170 pounds (- 80 lbs me)to get car weight? Any help will be appreciated!
