Help from Computech
Just wanted to share a positive experience--
So, last Thursday we were running at the test day at Great Bend prior to the divisional race. I couldn’t get my Computech Race Air Cloud to work. I fought it all afternoon with no luck. Late in the afternoon I sent an email to Jay at Computech (hoping to get a response Friday or Monday). We pack everything up, go deal with hotel issues and have dinner. Around 830 pm, I get a phone call from Matt (with Computech) who proceeds to help me via phone calls and texts and the weather station is now working.
VERY IMPRESSIVE! Who would think, in this time of virtually no customer service, that a company would call customers at night?! And fix the problem.
