Default Re: Musical Tastes

A little update. Since retiring from the relentless money funnel of class racing I have finally been able to finish my decades long project of having a "system' capable of emulating actual live concerts. Admittedly, I could have built a new SS motor for what I have in this, but wowzer, its amazing.,,36 Speakers that surround you, 6000 watts and 4 double Subwoofers with another 1000 watts each. Last weekend during a snowstorm we had Todd Quinn, along with his Wife and Dad over for a 2 hour concert. It's a nice way to spend a couple hours with friends (of course some do a little drinking). Todd is a very well known engine builder in OHIO and I do a lot of dynoing out there at his shop on the Holley stuff. This selection is one of the good ones,.. By that I mean concerts that are recorded in 5.1 surround sound (our system is 7.4), mixed well, and feature some great performances like Beck and Clapton.
BTW, the Bass player is Jeff's Daughter.. If any of you guys are ever in Central Ohio and want to come have a listen.. your welcome to do so. .
