I will attach a photo once I figure out the sizing requirements, but if anyone has experience removing and/or just retightening them I’m looking for any instruction how to do it without damaging them. Was told to remove inner trim and there would be nuts on the inside but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

Thanks for the help!
Take a deep breath, remove inside headliner fabric or sail panel. Be very careful when dealing with old headliner fabric. Sometimes Ford would install nasty AZZ flimsy sound deadener that would make it hard to see the nuts. After locating nuts put butyl tape or anything sticky on end of socket. If you don’t ten dollars to a doughnut you will drop the nut ...been there done that. Barrel nuts, I doubt it, would be way too easy....Good Luck, take care.....
