CHEVROLET BB Stock Eliminator Engine For Sale, 1970 402-375 – NHRA rated 395
I am selling the engine that came with the Camaro that I bought from Wes McCracken. I am going to list the parts that I was told (previous receipts) or that I know are in this engine. Since I have owned this engine, it has been very reliable and no problem whatsoever. I have never taken this engine apart or updated it, so I would recommend that a hone, new rings, and that the cast iron heads be updated. I have put new Comp Cams valve springs, retainers and locks on the heads. I was told that Brian Tilburg did all the machine work on this engine and it shows by the performance and reliability. 10.37 @ 127 at 2015 Dutch Classic, 10.53 @ 121 (on the brakes) at 2016 Norwalk Divisional Block – GM Casting that is pre 1968, since it has an oil filter adapter on it. Poured and sleeved. Heads – GM 291 Castings, Comp Cams Springs, retainers, and locks, Crane 1.7 rocker arms. Chevrolet 163 Intake with divider cut down per NHRA rule. Bullet Cam in engine and additional Comp Cam in box, Schubeck lifters and Manton push rods. 4.185” C8 CP Pistons with Manley rods and Clevite bearings, rods and mains. ATI balancer, Moroso 6 quart pan, Milodon windage tray, M77 Melling oil pump $7500.00 Intake to Pan Interested Parties can PM on this site or call 330-219-4738 and leave a message. Gary Merrick |
