The racers are already there.

Several years ago, they ran the pros only on the original race weekend, then ran the sportsman the following weekend. They did that because the dirt parking areas were too wet and muddy to use for sportsman rigs.

A few years before that, they were not able to finish the race until Wednesday because of rain.
