1971 Plymouth Valiant SST/SG
Back on the market:
- 1971 Plymouth Valiant SST/SG bracket car, Torque Monsta. S & W back half 12 point cage, ladder bar set up with excellent tin and lexan. Twenty year old paint still looks good as it lives indoors. 9 inch rear housing with 4.56 gears, new PST carbon fiber driveshaft coupled to A&A Torqueflight with transbrake, Dynamic 8 inch convertor and B&M Pro ratchet shifter (electric). 783@6800 horsepower provided by Indy 500 CI new World block wedge crate motor with Hooker fenderwell headers and single Holley carb. Check Indy website for 500 inch Bracket Master for internal parts list. VERY mild cam and carb setup. Two intake manifolds, one with new T-stop, one port matched without stop. New large Be Cool aluminum radiator with twin electric fans wired by new Painless harness and fuse relay kit. New KONI adjustable shocks, new Wildwood disc brakes, new Strange axles and Cap Auto tubular K frame and A arms. Two new 16 volt batteries power Mega 450 and MSD ignition with adjustable launch control. Not 20 runs on the parts I have added. All safety equipment current and NHRA 8.50 certified chassis, swing out door bar, diaper, tethers etc. Two seat setups for regular and large driver. Brand new front tires! The best parts list goes on and on! Probably $40k in receipts not counting the car price. Can run SST or SG. Runs 9.60s to 9.80s depending on weather. I only ran it twice last year and have a new car. It was used by others at Belle Rose Sport Nationals for license passes in March. Extra shifter, intake and other parts go with it. Push a button and go racing.
PS It can be delivered and has to go. $12,000 ie buy the motor, get the car free!!! FYI We plan on running it at Evadale Texas next Sat. Dec. 13th if you want to see it go (and stop).
Google 1971 Plymouth Valiant 451 Torque Monster Pro Street for pics of the car BEFORE we added all the updated parts like the 500 inch motor.
