PRI: Weather and Entry

I was back in Indiana/Ohio two week ago picking
up 2 new cars for the fleet. Got stuck in weather and
Jr. and I had to fly home so we would not miss his
wedding.
If the weather is good......I am going to fly into Indy
later in the week to pick up rig.
Is it possible to get into PRI without preentry (Never been there)?
What credentials do I bring?
I will buy the Beer for any Easy Coast Racer who doesn't
kick me on sight!
