Spec trans brake buttons in Super Stock, Comp

I've searched come COMP sites for what those guys are thinking and haven't seen anything....anybody know what their thinking is; surely those quick leaving cars don't use the short button...or do they?

I was hoping for at least a compromise throw length between the short and the Mandella/Biondo (of course, that is what I use!!)

Encouraging is the statement that there may be more than one spec button; at least that is how I read it

Any thoughts-comments?
