Try this:
RPM, Gears, Tire, MPH
(Engine Inputs):
RPM : Rear End Ratio : Tire Circumference (Results):
Engine Revolutions Per minute minus converter slip, divided by
gear ratio XTire Circumference in Feet =Car Speed in car speed Feet Per minute. devided by 5280 (ft/mile) = car speed in miles per minute X 60 =
Car Speed in Miles Per Hour

Example 6800X.95* / 4.30 = 1502 RPM axel/tire
(* assumes 5% converter slippage)

(30" tire diameter X pi. (3.1416) = 94" circumfrence /12 =7.85ft.circumfrence)

1502 X 7.85 = 11793.2 ft/per minute / 5280= 2.2336 miles per minute X 60 = 134 Miles per hour (MPH)

Again the assumes 5% converter slip they usually slip between 4-8%
Hope this helps.
