Well you could put a video camera on the tach and make a couple of passes and watch it with a stop watch. Don't be surprised if the one-two shift happens quicker then the two-three shift.
To run all out, I set all four timers (on-off, on-off) to 13.00 or any convienent time that exceeds your ET. Hope this helps
