My shifter and throttle stop work fine @80psi. If you use 100psi, I Would suggest that if you increase the diameter of the chute launcher cylinder that they all would would work fine at the same pressure. I think a 50 percent increase in area (not the diameter) of the cylinder/piston should do the trick. For example, if your launcher has a 3/4" cylinder operating @ 150psi it makes 60 lbs of force, if you use a larger 7/8" cylinder you can make the same 60lbs of force @ 100psi. Obviously the stroke needs to stay the same.
A new cylinder would be less expensive and complicated than another regulator. ![]()
