Piatek Makes It A Clean Sweep At Lakeland!

Myron "The Machine" Piatek takes the win light both races of the SSSSA at Lakeland Drag Strip! With a string of .00 and one .000 perfect light in the final on Saturday Myron cleaned house at the Southern Stock/ Super Stock Assn. double header this weekend. Saturday Myron bested George Walker in his O/SA Aspen with a perfect .000 light to George's red light. Sunday Piatek won against Mike Pearson's high flying SS/IA Camaro. This marks the first time Myron has ever won a SSSSA race and he did it in fine fashion!
Special thanks to the crew at Lakeland Drag Strip for providing a great hooking track all weekend despite the 95 plus temperatures. Thanks also to all the members who helped with and provided food for the Racer BBQ Saturday evening.
We will be back at Lakeland Drag Strip September 8 & 9, 2012 for another double race weekend. I bet Myron will be there!
