Ken, I am the one that reported that. The reason I did was because that is what was told me by an nhra official. I was getting my super gas car ready for my second time run when I was told to head to the lanes. I said I thought stock was to run before us. That's when I was told why they got moved. The car that hit the wall was a super gas car that broke an axle. That happened after stock should have been running. Not stepping on anyone's toes, I drive a car in stock and super stock at times and there are quite a few racers that drag their feet getting to the lanes with no regard to the overall program. Like someone else stated, playing the ladder game during qualifying and wanting to get a read on if the conditions are fast or slow during eliminations. After about the 3rd time calling a class to the lanes, close the back of the lanes and let the ones there make their run. That might put an end to it. It's one thing if they are hot lapping and someone races in two classes that they may be late, but some of it is rediculus.
