On the flex plate shield I don't run one but I'm under 135 mph and still have stock firewall and floor. As far as the cost, that depends on you. Just guessing I'd say about $1000. up to $1500. doing it yourself. You will want a d-box with timers for the stop. Something else is the diaper, next year they will be mandatory !
