Vegas Hemi Shootout for anyone that cares

15 cars qualified for the MATS Vegas shootout yesterday. Wescott Jr was #1 at 8.51 #2 was an 8.71. Daniels was #15 due to a bent valve but was able to make repairs and on the Sat morning free time shot went head to head against Charlie with Charlie winning 8.48 to 8.54. Charlie won the event and Jim broke again, I believe 2nd round. Charlies run is a 8.26 at sea level so looks like Daniels will have some competition this year after all.
Can't guarantee the numbers as they come from a couple internet sites but they should be right. Moparts and Hemi Shootout.com
