Need help finding my (grimlin)

I have a super street car that runs mid 10s car has been running great at the start of the season all the sudden i have a problem. When i jab the pedal to the floor it falls on its nose then picks right back up if i push the pedal down slow it is fine I have taken the carb apart and cleaned everything even put new accelerator pumps in and new power valve in even cleaned pump nozzles it is a quick fuel 850 check timing check valves even checked msd box everything checks ok also put in new plugs drained all fuel and changed fuel filter even changed fuel any one have any help

THANK'S TO ALL WHO POSTED I FOUND THE BOTTOM OF THE INTAKE GASKET WAS LEAKING BUT I DID USE ALOT OF EVERYBODY'S IDEAS AND MY CAR IS RUNNING BETTER THAN IT EVER HAS.
