1969 Plymouth Suburban Wagon

I found this on craigslist in Plant City. It has a 318 2 barrel, no ac or pb and has an automatic. At least in the pics it looks decent. How's this as a stocker? Was a 4 barrel optional on this? I'm not a mopar expert but if the combo is good, maybe, just maybe.......I'm up all night and I will be checking classracer from time to time so don't be shy and give me some info.
