Default Rim screws to eliminate slick/ rim slip

Is there a resource or rule of thumb to DYI drilling and screwing rims to slicks? Slicks spinning on rims. moving about 1/4"-3/8" ea. pass.
28.5X10" M/T slick.

before you drill the rims ,you might want to try an old Stock /Super stock trick.
Break the beads and spray the rim beads and tire beads with AquaNet hair spray. let it get tacky and reinflate the tires . you might get a small movement on the first hit ,but they usually stick after that.

I blast the bead areas of the wheels with aluminum oxide media, then install the tires dry.

We're going with rims screws. We are leaving off two step @ 3600RPM. Want to leave at 4000RPM. Also late in season to break beads on the hope hair spray works. FYI have you looked at the price of aquanet? Lol.
