What did Biden say was the reason for him dropping out? Anybody know?

It is already starting at Electric Charge locations. People do not want to wait in lines. Fights, guns, line cutting...... Bet FJB didn't figure on this. It will take 24 hour guards with police back up at every charging station. The cost will be billions.
